Another busy day another half dollar.

6 pies, and this:

Yeah, a super awesome red velvet cake.

I was going to make this for ya’ll today, but since its for a customer, I couldn’t cut it.  I thought that might be a bit cruel.

In the middle of my 3rd coconut pie, I had a revelation:

“Maybe I could take that last package of phyllo dough and make phyllo cinnamon rolls!”

Sometimes, brilliance hits at the most unexpected times…

And sometimes brilliance = super easy.  And this…this is one of those times.

Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough…

Brush with melted butter…Stack on another sheet of phyllo…then repeat 5 more times.

On the last sheet, spread the melted butter, then sprinkle on some brown sugar and cinnamon…Now we roll…And slice…And bake, 350 for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned…Beautimus…I love it when a plan turns out…
